Antara`s web portal wins Adam Malik Award 2007

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - ANTARA`s web portal has won Adam Malik Award 2007 for the category of Internet media.

Indonesian Foreign Affairs Minister Hasan Wirajuda presented the award to ANTARA CEO Ahmad Mukhlis Yusuf, who was accompanied by ANTARA News Director Saeful Hadi, here on Tuesday.

The Indonesian foreign ministry, that has been presenting the Adam Malik awards for Indonesian media since 2002, this year awarded the Jakarta Post for the daily newspaper category, Gatra (for magazine), MetroTV (for television), and El Shinta (for radio).

The criteria for the award recipients include objective opinion building, educative news contents and correct factual presentation.
