Ride an elephant to dinner - Garuda Orient Holidays launches new “Bali on ANY budget” brochure 2009/2010

eTravelblackboard.com, Monday, March 09, 2009

Riding an elephant to dinner is just one of the new products offered in Garuda Orient Holiday’s “Bali on ANY budget” brochure 2009/2010. Stay in a quality villa room at the Elephant Safari Park Lodge at Taro and your client will be offered this unique experience.

The 25 room safari lodge is situated in a 3.5 hectare park that is home to 27 rare and endangered Sumatran elephants. Guests of the Park have access to all areas including the museum, washing, feeding and training of the elephants.

A park tour can also be combined with other Bali Adventure Tours activities such as rafting, kayaking, mountain cycling or jungle trekking, the full range of which is featured in the new brochure.

Past “Bali on ANY budget” favourites like Borneo Wilderness Tour, Surfing Indonesia, Bali Diving Academy, and Tee off to Bali, Balinese Cooking Schools, Bali International Weddings, Bali Hai Cruises and Ombak Putih are back again.

There is a brand new product exclusive to Garuda Orient Holidays that is expected to be a great hit with the younger crowd. It’s Club 18-30s, a holiday concept designed especially to help young adults acclimatize quickly, get to know what’s on, where to go and what to do. They can make the most of sharing their holiday with like minded people of their own age. There’s nothing else like it in Bali.

The “Holidays Beyond Bali” section has received extra attention this year, in recognition and support of “Visit Indonesia Year 2009”. Several pages have been devoted to showcasing the diverse and exotic destinations, tours and attractions available in regions as such as Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Komodo Island, West Timor and West Papua.

Other new additions to the “Bali on ANY budget” brochure include the recently opened St Regis in Nusa Dua - a luxury beachfront resort featuring a total of 3,668 square meters of swimming pools and lagoons and 121 spacious suites and villas, each beautifully appointed with handcrafted Balinese art, inviting balconies and large marble bathrooms.

On the beach at South Kuta (Tuban), the new Holiday Inn Resort Baruna will appeal to the family market with its Kids Suites and Family Rooms, new gardens and pool area, and quality dining outlets.

On the beach at Legian, the Pullman Legian Nirwana is nearing completion and will boast spacious rooms and suites catering to all markets.

Batu Karang Lembongan Villas on the nearby island of Nusa Lembongan adds a touch of luxury to this vibrant island, with the luxury villas overlooking the Badung Strait and boasting views of Bali’s highest peak, Mt Gunung Agung.

In recognition of the growth in demand and popularity of “villa holidays” there has been a 50% increase in the “villa holidays” section of the brochure, with new properties featured including the luxurious Alila Villas at Uluwatu, Ubud Village Resort, Kamuela Villas in Seminyak, and the exotic Royal Santrian at Tanjung Benoa, to name a few.

The front cover celebrates the sheer luxury and indulgence found in Bali with an image of The Westin Resort, Nusa Dua being featured externally and the amazing Bulgari Resort gracing the inside cover. This is just a taste of the luxury offered once you open the covers of the “Bali on ANY budget” brochure.

As usual an electronic version of the brochure is available to make selling to your clients even easier.
